रक्सौल की समस्याओं पर प्रशासन को अल्टीमेटम
स्वच्छ रक्सौल नामक एक संगठन ने रक्सौल शहर की मूलभूत समस्याओं के स्थायी समाधान की मांग को लेकर जिलाधिकारी को नौ सूत्रीय ज्ञापन भेजा है। संगठन के अध्यक्ष रंजीत सिंह ने यह ज्ञापन ईमेल के जरिए भेजा और चेतावनी दी है कि यदि 14 मई तक इन मांगों पर कोई ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो संगठन आंदोलन करेगा।
नगर परिषद की अनदेखी-
रंजीत सिंह ने बताया कि इन्हीं मांगों को लेकर एक साल पहले 9 दिसंबर, 2024 को नगर परिषद को भी एक ज्ञापन सौंपा गया था। हालांकि, एक साल बीत जाने के बाद भी नगर परिषद और स्थानीय प्रशासन ने इन समस्याओं पर कोई गंभीरता नहीं दिखाई, जिसकी वजह से शहर की स्थिति में कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ।
ज्ञापन में शामिल प्रमुख मांगें-
ज्ञापन में शहर की नौ प्रमुख समस्याओं को उठाया गया है:
- ट्रैफिक जाम का स्थायी समाधान।
- जल्द से जल्द बस स्टैंड का निर्माण।
- मच्छरों को खत्म करने के लिए नियमित फॉगिंग।
- कचरा निस्तारण केंद्र की स्थापना।
- डिवाइडर का सौंदर्यीकरण।
- शहर में स्ट्रीट लाइट की उचित व्यवस्था।
- सड़कों और नालों का निर्माण व मरम्मत।
- आवारा पशुओं का प्रबंधन।
- जलजमाव की समस्या से छुटकारा।
समस्याओं से जूझ रहे हैं शहरवासी
रंजीत सिंह ने बताया कि इन समस्याओं के कारण लोगों को रोज़ाना कई परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है। ट्रैफिक जाम से आवाजाही में दिक्कत होती है, जलजमाव और कचरे से स्वास्थ्य संबंधी खतरे बढ़ते हैं, और आवारा पशुओं की वजह से सड़क दुर्घटनाओं का डर बना रहता है।
डीएम से तुरंत कार्रवाई की अपील
संगठन ने जिलाधिकारी से मांग की है कि वह नगर परिषद और संबंधित विभागों को तुरंत कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दें। रंजीत सिंह ने साफ शब्दों में कहा है कि अगर 14 मई तक प्रशासन ने कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया, तो स्वच्छ रक्सौल जनहित में आंदोलन शुरू करेगा और इसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी प्रशासन की होगी। स्थानीय लोगों का मानना है कि ये समस्याएं वर्षों से लंबित हैं और अब इनका समाधान बहुत जरूरी है। संगठन की इस पहल को रक्सौल के लिए एक नई उम्मीद के रूप में देखा जा रहा है।

An organization named Swachh Raxaul has sent a nine-point memorandum to the District Magistrate via email, demanding a permanent solution to the fundamental problems of the city of Raxaul. The president of the organization, Ranjit Singh, warned that if no concrete action is taken on these demands by May 14, the organization will resort to a protest.
Negligence by the Municipal Council
Ranjit Singh stated that the same list of demands was also submitted to the Municipal Council on December 9, 2024. However, a year has passed, and neither the Municipal Council nor the local administration has taken any serious steps, leaving the city’s problems unresolved.
Key Demands in the Memorandum
The memorandum outlines nine major issues facing the city:
- Permanent solution to traffic congestion.
- Expedited construction of a bus stand.
- Regular fogging to control mosquitoes.
- Establishment of a waste disposal center.
- Beautification of road dividers.
- Proper management of streetlights.
- Construction and repair of roads and drains.
- Management of stray animals.
- Permanent solution to waterlogging.
Citizens Suffer Due to Negligence
According to Ranjit Singh, the citizens face numerous daily problems due to these issues. Traffic jams disrupt commuting, waterlogging and poor waste management increase health risks, and the presence of stray animals raises the possibility of road accidents.
Appeal for Immediate Action from the DM
The organization has urged the District Magistrate to instruct the Municipal Council and other concerned departments to take immediate action. Ranjit Singh clearly stated that if the administration fails to take concrete steps by May 14, the Swachh Raxaul organization will launch a public protest, for which the administration will be held responsible. Local residents feel that these problems have been pending for years and a permanent solution is now essential. The organization’s initiative is being seen as a new ray of hope for the city.
