Today’s Good Cultural News in Bihar,3 फरवरी :: बिहार के कलाकारों के लिए अच्छी खबर है। उपमुख्यमंत्री सह कला-संस्कृति मंत्री विजय कुमार सिन्हा ने घोषणा की है कि प्रदेश के कलाकारों की श्रेणी तैयार कर उनकी सूची बनाई जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि
सभी विधाओं के कलाकारों की ग्रेडिंग तय की जाएगी और उन्हें मंच प्रदान करने के साथ-साथ उनके प्रशिक्षण की भी व्यवस्था की जाएगी।
श्री सिन्हा ने कहा कि प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में पहली बार वसंत उत्सव की शुरुआत की गयी है। इस आयोजन के लिए कला और संस्कृति विभाग द्वारा प्रत्येक जिले को दो-दो लाख रुपये जारी किए गए हैं।
कलाकारों को नए अवसर मिलेंगे
इस पहल से लोक कलाकारों, पारंपरिक नृत्य-संगीत से जुड़े कलाकारों, थिएटर आर्टिस्ट और अन्य विधाओं में काम कर रहे कलाकारों को नई पहचान और अवसर मिलेंगे। सरकार का उद्देश्य है कि स्थानीय कलाकारों को बेहतर मंच और रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराए जाएं।
बिहार के मधुबनी पेंटिंग, लोकगीत, लोकनृत्य, नाटक, पारंपरिक वाद्ययंत्रों के कलाकारों को इस योजना से सीधा लाभ मिलेगा। सरकार की योजना है कि ग्रेडिंग के आधार पर कलाकारों को सरकारी आयोजनों और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेने का अवसर दिया जाए।
इस घोषणा से कलाकारों में उत्साह है और वे सरकार की इस पहल का स्वागत कर रहे हैं।
Good News for Artists from Bihar; Artist Listing and Grading to Begin, Spring Festival Launched in All Districts
Patna, February 3 :: There is good news for artists in Bihar. Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Art & Culture, Vijay Kumar Sinha, has announced that a categorization of artists in the state will be prepared, and a list will be created. He stated that grading will be done for artists across all disciplines, and arrangements will be made to provide them with both a platform and training.
Mr. Sinha further mentioned that for the first time, a Spring Festival (Vasant Utsav) has been introduced in all districts of the state. For this event, the Department of Art and Culture has allocated ₹2 lakh per district.
New Opportunities for Artists
This initiative will provide new recognition and opportunities for folk artists, traditional music and dance performers, theater artists, and those involved in various other art forms. The government’s aim is to offer local artists better platforms and employment opportunities.
Artists from Bihar engaged in Madhubani painting, folk songs, folk dance, theater, and traditional musical instruments will directly benefit from this scheme. The government plans to use the grading system to offer artists participation in government-organized events and cultural programs.
