Internet मीडिया पर इन दिनों एक वीडियो तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है, जिसमें एक डीएसपी (पुलिस उपाधीक्षक) धीरेंद्र कुमार एक युवक को चप्पल से पीटते हुए दिखाई दे रहे हैं। इस वीडियो में DSP कुमार सादे ड्रेस में दिख रहे हैं।
यह वीडियो लगभग एक साल पुराना है और एक गंभीर शिकायत के बाद की गयी पुलिस कार्रवाई का हिस्सा है।
क्या था मामला?
डीएसपी धीरेंद्र कुमार को रक्सौल के सैनिक रोड में ओवरब्रिज के पास स्थित डीबीआर कंपनी के बारे में शिकायत मिली थी। शिकायत में बताया गया था कि इस कंपनी में पढ़ने वाले कुछ युवक राह चलती लड़कियों से छेड़खानी करते हैं।
डीएसपी ने कैसे की कार्रवाई?
मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए, डीएसपी धीरेंद्र कुमार ने स्वयं सिविल ड्रेस में (यानी पुलिस की वर्दी के बिना) मौके पर पहुंचकर युवकों की गतिविधियों पर नजर रखी। थोड़ी देर बाद, जब कुछ लड़कियां वहां से गुजरीं, तो युवकों ने उनके साथ छेड़छाड़ शुरू कर दी।
मौके पर मौजूद डीएसपी ने तुरंत कार्रवाई करते हुए एक युवक को रंगे हाथ पकड़ लिया और उसकी चप्पल से पिटाई कर दी। चूंकि डीएसपी सिविल ड्रेस में थे, युवक उन्हें पहचान नहीं पाए और उलटा उनसे उलझ पड़े। इस घटना के बाद मनचलों के खिलाफ थाने में प्राथमिकी भी दर्ज कराई गयी थी।
डीबीआर कंपनी पर भी हुई बड़ी कार्रवाई
इस घटना के बाद, डीएसपी धीरेंद्र कुमार के नेतृत्व में फर्जी डीबीआर कंपनी पर भी बड़ी कार्रवाई की गई। जांच में सामने आया कि यह कंपनी अवैध रूप से संचालित हो रही थी और इसमें पढ़ने के नाम पर युवाओं का शोषण किया जा रहा था। इस कार्रवाई के दौरान पांच सौ से अधिक बच्चों को मुक्त कराया गया और संस्थान को सील कर दिया गया था।
डीएसपी के कदम का महत्व

What Was the Incident?
DSP Dhirendra Kumar received a complaint about the DBR Company located near the overbridge on Sainik Road in Raxaul. The complaint stated that some young men studying at this company were harassing girls walking on the road.
How Did the DSP Act?
Considering the seriousness of the matter, DSP Dhirendra Kumar himself went to the spot in civilian clothes (without a police uniform) and monitored the activities of the young men. Shortly after, when some girls passed by, the young men started to harass them.
The DSP, present at the scene, immediately took action, catching one young man red-handed and hitting him with a slipper. Since the DSP was in civilian clothes, the young man couldn’t recognize him and instead argued with him. Following this incident, an FIR (First Information Report) was also lodged against the eve-teasers at the police station.
Major Action Taken Against DBR Company
After this incident, a major operation was also carried out against the fake DBR Company under the leadership of DSP Dhirendra Kumar. Investigations revealed that this company was operating illegally and exploiting young people in the name of education. During this operation, more than five hundred children were rescued, and the institution was sealed.
